The Redback’s started well but were soon dominated by Wynnum. Tim T and Josh F received player of the match awards. Alex B took 3 marks and kicked 2 goals, while Ty A and Tim T both kicked 1 goal each. Luke P and Sean B worked well in the ruck.

The Southern Redbacks played a tough game against Beenleigh on the weekend. John b was captain and Kurtis M was awarded for his efforts. Andrew H showed great determination all game. Jake F, Michael C, John D and Jamie B all showed strong defensive skills and Tim H chased well.

Jimboomba took control of the game by scoring a large number of goals. A great kicking game was played by Shaun C, Brock W, Zayden L and Aaron L. Captian Ben took some very strong marks and Emily M was player of the week.

Under 8’s had a great night and played a fun filled game under lights. Captain for the night was Holly P who won an award for her outstanding effort.

Under 12 T.J Kelly team are playing Sherwood at Sherwood this week at 2.oopm.
We will be down a few kids this weekend due to the long weekend camping, and regionals being held in Mackay Nth Qld. We need all hands on deck and in fine form. No excuses.
